Joint Lab
In 2009, SHHIC cooperated with Lab of Cryptology and Computer Security (LoCCS) of Shanghai JIAOTONG University to establish SJTU-SHHIC Data Security Joint Laboratory. Up till now, the joint lab has obtained achievements in the fields of the cryptography theory, cryptography application, IC security technology, software security and computer system security. It undertaken over 20 important projects funded by the national government and provincial foundations, contributed over 20 postgraduates, and more than 50 research papers have been published in the international conferences and well-known journals related to the cryptography and information security.
In 2012, SHHIC cooperated with IC Design Laboratory (ICDL) of FUDAN University to establish FUDAN-SHHIC analog IC design joint laboratory. Based on the research of high performance analog front-end, SHHIC aims at the applications of high security products in the areas of metering, instrumentation, internet of things, and medical care etc. In 2013, the joint lab undertook the low power wearable health monitoring wireless sensor node research project authorized by Shanghai Science and Technology Committee.

Manufacturing & Testing
Collaboration with fabs to provide 8-inch wafer based on 0.35 to 0.11 um CMOS process; strong testing and R&D capacity to provide low cost high efficiency testing solution; owning large scale IC testing workshop for testing of wafer and finished products of dual interface, contactless/contact card and general IC to ensure product security and reliability; cooperation with well-known domestic testing and package suppliers to integrate wafer manufacturing, testing and package as a complete supply chain.
