SCH1105 ISO 15693/18000-3 RFID Chip

SHC1105 is a remote reader RFID chip which complies with the international standards for contactless card ISO/IEC 15693, supports the read and write modules and the card readers which are both in line with the ISO/IEC 15693 standards. SHC1124 72k bytes PKI Based Contactless CPU Card Chip

The SHC1124 72k PKI based contactless CPU card chip is mainly used for ID card and similar cards. This type of smart chip is manufactured using 0.18μm CMOS EEPROM technique, and the SC100 CPU adopts 32-bit RISC design strategy. Moreover, the embedded 208kB ROM and 8kB RAM are employed by the contactless IC card chip for the storage of data and program, while the 72kB EEPROM is applied to save data and program when power is suddenly cut off.

Aside from the above, this contactless CPU card chip integrates many other modules together, such as timer, watchdog, clock generator, interrupt controller, system controller, true random number generator, DES/3DES crypto-processor, 1024-bit RSA crypto-coprocessor, CRC module, security control module, RF interface whose baud rate is up to 847Kbps, etc.
